1 egg
3/4 cup whipping cream
Sweetened whipped cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar

- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment, a silicone baking mat, or spray with non-stick spray.
- Filling: Slice the strawberries and mix them with the 1 cup sugar; let sit until the sugar has dissolved.
- Biscuits: Mix the flour, baking cocoa, 4 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut the butter into pieces and cut it in until it looks like small peas.
- Mix the egg and whipping cream, pour it into the flour mixture, and mix until moistened.
- Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and pat or roll into a circle about 3/4" thick. Cut out hearts with a 3" heart cookie cutter. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sweetened whipped cream: Beat the whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Assembly: Drizzle chocolate syrup decoratively on each serving plate. Split and butter a heart biscuit and place the bottom on the chocolate syrup. Cover with strawberries, then place the top of the biscuit on the strawberries. Add a few more strawberries, a scoop of whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add some chocolate shavings and serve.
